What is the minimum amount of time I can store?
We require a minimum of one month of storage rent upon move-in.
Are refunds possible if I move out early?
Yes, we are happy to refund any unused storage rent when you move-out.
What do I need to bring to move-in?
We require a valid driver’s license during move-in.
Are there any up front charges when I move in?
No there aren’t, all that we require is rent payment.
I lost my keys, now what?
If you call the office, we can arrange a time go down together and remove the lock for you, however valid identification is required. Call us at 636-677-2779.
I have an outside storage space and would like to move to a better spot, what should I do?
We are happy to work with you and provide the best available spot at any given time. Just give us a call and we can try to find a spot that is more desirable than the one you currently have.
I am leaving and will be gone for 2 months, if I stop paying rent and move out, will I still have the same spot when I return?
Unfortunately no, our policy is first come, first serve. However, if you decide to stop paying rent we are happy to have you back when the time comes but it will most likely be in another location.
